Presenting the winner of the 'create' section for 2008 11th December 2008

As a little bit of fun on Paul's site, when it was re-launched earlier this year, we featured the 'create' section, which allowed you to create your own simple, dripped-style abstract. Paul has selected his favourite from all the submissions we have received & we are happy to announce that the winner is Nick Hewett for his coniferous tree landscape. Paul was particularly impressed that Nick overcame the limitations of the painting feature & still managed to include shading on his trees & water for his lake! It's also nice to end the last newsletter for 2008 on a somewhat Christmas-like image!

Nick will receive a copy of Paul's 2009 calendar for his efforts. Keep submitting your entries & we will announce some more winners in 2009.
